• You must not share paid access with another business without our written approval
• You must not use Orderly for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

3. Product Information and Pricing

We aim to keep all pricing, offer details, and feature descriptions accurate and up to date. However, pricing and promotions may change at any time without prior notice. Any temporary discounts, early-bird offers, or campaign prices remain valid only for the period displayed on the website or app.

4. Orders and Payments

• When you make a payment through the website or app, you are making a request to purchase access to Orderly under the plan or offer shown at checkout
• We reserve the right to reject, delay, or cancel an order where payment verification fails, pricing information is incorrect, or fraudulent activity is suspected
• Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers such as PayHere
• We do not store your full card details or banking credentials

5. Access Delivery

For paid orders, access is typically granted automatically after a successful verified payment. In some cases, access may require manual review, onboarding coordination, or technical verification. We will make reasonable efforts to complete activation promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orderly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or app, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
