3. Payment Information

Online payments are processed by PayHere. We do not store your full card number, bank account number, or other complete payment credentials on our servers. We may receive limited payment metadata from PayHere, including the payment status, amount, merchant reference, transaction ID, and payer contact details required to verify and fulfill your purchase.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your business data is stored locally on your device and may also be synced to Google Firebase services used by Orderly. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

While we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data where necessary to operate the service, including with:

PayHere for payment processing and payment verification
Google Firebase for authentication, storage, and diagnostics
PostHog for privacy-conscious website analytics
Service providers or legal authorities where disclosure is required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain required transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion from within the app or through our support channels.
